FAQs

Q What is the best time to book my cat? Should it be well in advance?

  • As soon as you have confirmed your flight or journey, book your cat in with us as soon as possible. Booking well in advance ensures your cat will get a chalet as holiday times are extremely busy.

Q My cat only eats a particular food, should I bring it with me?

  • All foods are catered for by us. Cats with special dietary needs will be catered for also (owners must notify the cattery in advance).

Q The vaccination certificate for my cat is over 12 months old, will my cat be able to be boarded?

  • Only cats that have a current vaccination certificate within the last 12 months (and not less than two weeks before arrival) will be accepted.

Q Do I need to bring my vaccination certificate with me to the cattery?

  • Vaccination certificates must be produced on arrival at the cattery.

Q Can you let me know how my cat is doing when I am on holiday?

  • If an owner requests it, we text to let you know how your cat is doing.

Q I have 3 cats, do you have chalets big enough for them?

  • Chalets that sleep up to four cats comfortably are available (only cats from the same owner can share a chalet)

Q Can I inspect your cattery at any time?

  • Inspections are welcome but can only be made by prior arrangement with the cattery.

Q I have lots of toys & blankets for my cat, can I bring them?

  • Of course! Having lots of things from home helps your cat settle in better.

Q How do I pay?

  • A deposit isn't mandatory, the balance is settled on departure by either cash, banking 365, cheque or Revolut.
